Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are we able to transfer race entries after the race closes?
A: I'm afraid not. Per USAT rules, race entries are not transferable.

Q: Is there going to be a mandatory bike inspection at bike check-in?
A: No, however, all bikes must meet USAT safety standards. Any equipment found during the race that does not meet these standards will be flagged and you will not be allowed to complete the race.

Q: What will the wave starts be?
A: The Wave starts will be as follows:

Olympic Waves

7:25 - National Anthem
7:30 - Silent Wave(In honor of our deployed military that could not race with us.)
7:36 - Men 39 & under
7:39 - Men 40 & Over
7:42 - Women � All
7:45 - Athena/Clydesdale/Teams/Military

Sprint Waves

8:15 a.m. - Female � all
8:18 a.m. - Males � all

Q: Registration is closed, can I register on race day?
A: There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION however, if you didn't get registerted before the Active.com cut off on Friday, you can come out on Saturday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to register and pick up your packet at the same time.

Q: I mailed my registration in, how do I know you got it?
A: Under Race Info, there will be a list of registered participants starting the end of July. If you do not see your name and know you registerted, contact the race director so we can sort things out for you.
