We have a limited amount of rooms available for race participants. Please fill out the On Base Lodging Request Form (On Base Lodging Request Form.pdf) and send it in along with your payment in full to: HammerHead Triathlon Club 301 First St. Neptune Beach, Fl 32266

Rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The only room type we have available is as follows:

1 - Single $48 (includes tax) - which has one double bed. Maximum 2 people per room.

Because of the limited amount of rooms, we are only allowing one room request per race participant. You must be registered for the race to be eligible for a room.

Your canceled check will be your room confirmation.

You must pick up your room key during Race Site Packet Pick up on Saturday, August 29th. (If you cannot pick up your key at that time, you MUST make prior arrangements. Please contact Clay Bruce (cbruce@ghgins.com) (cell: 904-553-5001) to request an alternate key pick up.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations, with full refunds, will be permitted until August 10th. Any cancellations made after August 10th will be nonrefundable.

We will have a waiting list, and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

The Fleming Island Sleep Inn and Suites is our sponsor hotel this year. They are offering a great rate of $65.00 per standard room (this being a standard king or double queen), and $75.00 per night for a suite (this includes, king and double queen suites).
