Run Course

For the run portion of the event, athletes completing in the Sprint and Olympic distance events will take a different route.  Sprint athletes will run an out-and-back of 3.1 miles, whereas Olympic athletes will run a different 6.2-mile course, which is also an out-and-back.

There will be little shade on the course during much of the run (we don’t call it the HOT for nothing!) but there are aid stations with water and Hammer Nutrition sports¬†drinks.

Here is a GPS-based representation of the Sprint distance course.
